I want the RADAR/Cloud cover picture you show on your homepage. The
only RADAR we can see now with this new change is RADAR only and no
cloud cover depth. Why?
When can I select which image I want to see?

We switched away from that because satellite images are delayed by an hour or so. You can get this by specifying a custom radar URL for the image. You'll first need to get the URL of the satellite + radar image for your region.

You say that it can be accomplished by setting a custom radar image
URL but unless I am blind and its been in my face for months now
I cannot seem to find where to stick the custom URL.

This is among other things one of the main features I missed from
forcastbar
enhanced, & one of the reasons I consider forcastfox a step down from
it.
Would it kill you guys to actually code an interface in for the users
to have
full customization over the elements displayed?.. Personally I don't
like having
to go to a page that resides on your server every time I want to
change settings.
One starts to question what kind of metrics are being collected about
the users of
forecastfox from that page.

-On a side note I would like to say I'm sorry for the above rant but
really I'm not,
-generally when two groups of people(s) come together on a project
things get better
-not stay the same / get worse..

I am however sorry for hijacking the OP's topic of discussion.

Hey there frosty,

If you go the ForecastFox configuration page, under the "Toolbar Display:" section you'll find "Radar (or satellite)?" At the right end of the options is "custom". Got it?

I'll be damned when did that get stuck there? I could swear that it
wasn't there all that long ago (again as its already been pointed out
it seems that I'm bloody blind)..

I would still love to see an actual interface ;)
