Forecastfox won't open

I am using ForecastFox w/Chrome 4.0.249xxx.

The temp displays accurately but when I double click the temp/
condition icon on the menu bar, it won't open. Seems to be
intermittent... sometimes does sometimes does not.

Did this start happening recently? What operating system are you using? Is it still an issue?
