However, if I uninstall and re-install it it works perfectly (after
rechecking for compatibility in the installation process and obviously
finding itself compatible with the version), until the next time it
suddenly declares itself incompatible again.
Why does this error occur, and is there something I can do to fix it,
or is it a bug? I see in the product reviews that other people are
having a problem that may be similar to mine.
