Not seeing it

I'm using Firefox 4.0 on Windows 7 Pro x64.
I've installed Forecast fox and removed it and done it again.
Can't see it.
The Add ons bar is visible. But not Forecast fox.
I have no script disabled.
I tried Ani Weather. That I could see once in awhile because it popped
up once in awhile and then disappeared.
Need help.

For some reason I needed the Menu bar showing.
