Iata care este problema mea:
De curand mi-a fost retrocedata supraf. de 5000mp dintr-o fosta perdea de protectie...Ea trecut prin faza de lastaris in urma devastari de conationalii nostri romi, iar acum este o mica padurice, in imediata apropiere a orasului Craiova. Mi-am propus sa incerc amenajarea unui popas turistic, cu baza de agrement (strand, terenuri de tenis, volei si mini footbal) Sunt in faza planului de venituri si cheltuieli. In acest sens ma intereseaza pentru strand si pensiune:
 instalatia pentru alimentare cu apa, epurare si evacuare.....
In concluzie asta ma doare !!
Astep raspuns cu modul in care ma puteti ajuta si eventuale costuri estimative

Buna ziua,pentru ceea ce doriti dumneavostra va trebuie un proiect din
care sa rezulte debitul
de apa necesar pentru baza de agrement,un studiu hidrologic pentru
stabilirea panzelor
de apa freatica din zona,eventual un studiu geofizic a vedea cu ce
utilaje
se poate realiza forajul raportat la debitul necesar.Deasemenea aveti
nevoie de avizul Apelor Romane din judetul dumneavoastra Daca nu aveti
aceste date nimeni
nu va poate oferi un pret pentru estimarea cheltuielilor.

....Cred ca stiu ce dores,deoarece am terminat Institutul de Constructii din Bucuresti, fac. Utilaj tehnologic
Date mai concrete pe care le detin ;
Volumul de apa necesar ;
-bazin de inot cu dimensiunile aprox. 10x20x1,5 m
-consum casnic pentru o pensiune cu 6 camere si peluze floricole
-adancimea pazei freatice este de cca 20-25 m ( zona cea mai inalta a orasului}
-normal ca va trebui un studiu hidrologic si geofizic precum si obtinerea avizelor necesare
Terenul se afla pe raza administrativa a unei comune limitrofe si am posibilitatea accesarii Fondurilor Comunitare
Momentan imi trebuie informatii despre o suma orientativa pentru a sti ce sa cer
