I had the curious case of creating a batch ws on FME2012 with FME2011
still installed on my machine, according to safe you can define the
version in the tcl file.
"If your batch script contains only
fme "R:\Case\C61000\C61076\20120619\batchtest.tcl"
then I would modify it by specifying the path, e.g.
c:\apps\FME_12138\fme "R:\Case\C61000\C61076\20120619\batchtest.tcl" "
I haven't tried it myself, i just uninstalled FME2011, but it should
work.
