Hi,

Does anyone know if flyback is still in active development? I'm
looking for a good GUI backup solution in Linux, but can't find one
yet that ticks all my boxes. Flyback might, but I haven't seen any
development on it since July 07 so I'm not sure if it is still being
developed.

Cheers,
Ross

The tool works pretty well, but I would have to say it is not still
active, judging by the posts coming through here. It's a bit of a
shame, it looks like it has a lot of potential. That being said, I'm
still using it, and plan to continue to.

Any chance on finding a dev to fork the project, this has a lot of
potential to be a great, simple backup app.

I second that. I find it to be an extremely useful backup utility,
and with a little love it would be truly great. Just as pforhan said,
I will continue to use this until a better alternative comes along,
but I hope that this project continues as it's fantastic!
