Fluid MenuExtra Windows Focus

I have setup a Campfire Fluid App and have enabled MenuExtra. However
after clicking the icon in the status bar and hitting Escape to make
the Campfire window go away nothing has focus and I have to click on
the screen on an application every time. Is there a way to get Fluid
to restore window focus to the previous one without this manual step?
