Subject: Wed. Meditation: Guest/Swami Gyankirti

Dear Friends,

We are so happy and honored to have Swami Gyankirti lead us in a very special session this Wednesday evening at The Healing Center on the corner of St. Claude and St. Roch.  Born and raised in Sierre Leone, West Africa, Swami has combined the heart of many ancient, traditional, non-traditional and modern religions and teachings to produce a unique, universal blend of teachings.  His journey in healing and spirituality began over 30 years ago.  He will bless our meditation circle with meditation and healing modalities using sound, energy, movement and the breath.  Come experience this dynamic mind/body/spirit healer and begin this Lent season with renewed energy and light.  7 pm on the 4th floor.  Kindly come early.

BREAK HABITUAL BEHAVIORS USING KUNDALINI MEDITATION, YOGA AND CHANTING

Our donation based retreat on March 23-25 will be taught by Dr. Paul Levy who is a chiropractor based in Chicago.  He will guide us through a special meditation process along with chanting.  His wife, Nina, is a certified Kundalini teacher and will guide us through some kundalini yoga as well.  This promises to be a very exciting weekend offering an opportunity to look at what creates habitual behaviors and have major breakthroughs.  Register online at:  www.floweringlotusmeditation.org

Sending you lots of peace and love,
Dolores
