Please can someone enlighten me as to the best time to cut Camassia
and also any conditioning please. Is it as the flowers start to open
or when fully open.

I havent grown them before and they are now appearing!!

Hi

I have found that the individual flowers don't last long but if you pick them as the first ones are opening it will take at least 5 days for them to open (and die!) tier by tier up the stem. I haven't tried searing the end to see if that helps.
