I opened an issue http://code.google.com/p/flot/issues/detail?id=243.
I'm wondering if anyone has been able to get flot 0.6 to work in IE.
For me, even the examples severely impair jQuery from working
correctly. According to our QA engineers, this happens in all versions
of IE (6/7/8).

For me it's still working on IE (7 8, did not tried 6)
Just had to update excanvas pack (with the old one packaged by flot 0.4 was not working)
So, try to update excanvas javascript.
