pie charts

I've ported Sergey Nosenko's pie chart patches forward to flot-0.5. A
patch is here:

In my wandering around, it looks like there are big plans to refactor
flot, which was why these never got merged. Is that still in the
works?

Well, I'd like to have some plan for making it possible to build a
package of Flot without the things you don't need, like jquery.ui is
currently doing.

But on the other hand, I'm not religious about it. And unless the pie
chart code is really huge, it's probably not a showstopper. We can do
it later.

If you haven't already, please attach your patch to the pie chart
issue in the issue tracker.
