Internetdagi  ikki yarim soatlik qidiruv natijasida Samarqand Davlat Chet
tillar instituti tomonidan nashr qilingan uslubiy qo'llanmani topdim.
Qo'llanma juda yaxshi tuzilgan. Unda nafaqat imlo qoidalari, balki yozuvlar
tarixi, davlat qonun va qarorlari, harflarning bosma va yozma yozilishi
hamda ko'pgina namuna matnlar keltirilgan.
Qo'llanmani ilova qilaman.

Hammaga salom,

Behzod joʻnatgan hujjatda 'y' harfini yozish qoidasida (33-bet)
agar 'yu', 'ye', 'yo', va 'ya' birikmalardan oldin yumoshoq undosh
kelsa 'u', 'e', 'o', va 'a' ishlatiladi. Agar kattiq undosh
kelsa, 'yu', 'ye', 'yo', va 'ya' ishlatiladi. Ammo keyingi betda (34-bet)
jadvaldagi misollarda 'molekular' va 'samolyot' soʻzlari keltirilgan. Bu ikki
soʻzda 'l' harfidan keyin 'a' va 'yo' ishlatilgan. Bu xatomi yoki toʻgʻrimi?

Soʻng, menga, oʻzbek tilining qoidalarini biladigan boʻlsa, yumshoq va kattiq
undoshlar nimaligi haqida iltimos maʼlumot beringlar.

Men jo'natgan qo'llanma har holda juda ideal emas. Ko'rsatgan jadvalingizni
qarab chiqdim. Haqiqatdan ham g'alati.
Shu kunlarda rasmiy o'zbek tilining imlo qoidlarini qidirayapman. U
1995-yildan keyin chiqqan imlo lug'atida bor.

2-3 kun ichida menda tasdiqlangan imlo qoidalarining asl nusxasi va imlo
lug'ati bo'ladi deb o'ylayman. O'sha yerda qarab ko'raman.

Uzoq vaqt javob yoza olmaganim uchun uzr. Xullas, yumshoq va qattiq undosh
haqida hech qanaqa ma'lumot topa olmadim. Lekin o'zbek tilining lotin
yozuviga asoslangan imlo lug'atini topdim. Bir tanishim skaner qilib berdi.
Faqat bir muammo, pdf faylni hajmi katta bo'lib ketgani uchun (44 MB) uni bu
yerda qoldira olmadim. Fayl vaqtincha
http://www.bir.uz/imlo-lugati.zipmanzilida turadi. Uni
bir.uz serveriga vaqtincha qo'ydim, har doim u yerda bo'lmasligi ham mumkin.
Iltimos, iloji boricha tezroq olinglar.

Juda ajoyib ish. Unga vaqtingizni ajratganingiz uchun katta rahmat.

Men yozib oldim. Uni loyiha veb-saytiga qoʻyish mumkin, ammo birinchidan
mualliflik huquqi borasida muammo paydo boʻlishi mumkin va ikkinchidan
PDF-faylining hajmi Google ajratgan joyning yarimi olar ekan.
