Over 600 members! People like yourself who ride bicycles for recreation, fitness, and sport. Riders of all shapes, sizes and skill levels ranging from recreational to racing.

FFW bike rides take place in the Central Florida area. Our members ride road bikes, hybrids, mountain bikes, tandems, and recumbents. We offer several types of regularly scheduled rides, so you can choose the one that best suits your riding abilities. All rides have designated leaders and maps are handed out at the start.

For newer and less experienced riders, the ride leader makes sure no one rides alone on Social, D and most T rides. A call to the ride leader will help clarify if the ride is right for you..

Membership in this Google Group for the Freewheelers is open to all with a desire to be involved or just informed in area bicycle affairs and activities. However, please note membership in this Google Group does not constitute membership in the Florida Freewheelers (or Flamingos), but that is easily accomplished after clicking the link to the club website below.  For further information about FFW club rides, events and membership, please go to www.floridafreewheelers.com.
