Hi Pat, Your assistant coach would only qualify as the volunteer if he/she is willing to not be your assistant coach for the day and act as a full day volunteer.  He/she would get a t-shirt and lunch but would have full day duties guarding a plane or a hallway. Hello everyone,

It is time to send me your $30 registration checks. About 1/3 of you
have so far. If you sent me the money, you should have received a
receipt. John, JHS 185, PS 128, your receipts are in the mail.
Please send me your checks. If you aren't sure who to make them out
to, please click on the link at the bottom of this email to take you
to the Google group and click on the "Page" discussing the fee. The
list of teams that have paid will be up sometime on Thursday.

The practice tournament in scheduled for Dec. 19 at IS 227. There are
still a few open slots.

Everything is going well as far as I am concerned. The tournament
should run fine. Nobody has taken me up on my offer to send me a
volunteer.

Other thoughts. Remember, officially you can only have 10 students.
If you have more, and you can bring as many as you like, make sure
you have a plan when I only give you 10 toy kits.

Also, if you have multiple teams, did you give them unique names? Did
you email me their names? Also, have you split your students into
distinct teams? Multile teams means just that, multiple teams.

Are any of you having any problems? Have I forgotten to do
something? Are you waiting on me for anything? Please tell me
because I have a horrible memory for things like this.
