Looks like there might be some sort of latency issue with your server.
The plugin uses the built-in WordPress methods for retrieving RSS
feeds from Flickr, and you appear to have had a timeout while it was
trying to do that. Try contacting your host to see if they can help
you out. In the meantime, you could try using Flickr's javascript
badge to display your photos, you might have better luck.
