Is there anyways that I can get the plugin up so it can be used as a
gallery? For example I want a page that has a listing of all of my
sets. When I click on that set it shows all the photos and video in
that set. Like a normal photo gallery

No, you're limited to the last 20 photos in your RSS stream.
