Hi!

Can anyone show me, how I can create a Webservice, which gives me a
XML-Structure for my Ravis-Application?
I have no clue how to do this....never made a webservice before.

I"m happy about every hint!

Can anyone give me the environment setup requirements for NG. I am
getting errors on core objects at compile time. Currently using Flex 4
SDK and Flash Player 10. Upgrading the SDK and FP got rid of some
problems but still getting compile errors on the base Examples.

Hi,
if you've properly configured the environment, you should have no
error.
- Make sure that the demo project is set to use the flash player 10.
(project property Compiler->Html wrapper -> 10.0.0)
(insure that htmlPlayerVersion="10.0.0" inside .actionScriptProperties
of the same project)

- Make sure that the Flex library project is also configured to use
FP10.
(insure that htmlPlayerVersion="10.0.0" inside .actionScriptProperties
of the same project)

Thanks,

I am getting some weird errors around the Vector type. Is SDK 4.0 necessary, as thats what other posts have suggested to deal with the problem. My environment may be misbehaving.

Regards,
Keith

It should compile without problems with any 3.2+ version.
You can try with the 4.0.0.4904, but it seems that the problem is more
with the config of FB than with the SDK.
Did you create 2 different projects, one for the demo and another for
the core library?
If so, did you apply the changes on the files below, as I suggested?
