Subject: Blank screen when specifying target using URL
I'm working on an application using the Mate framework. If I use the
MonkeyAgent I'm able to run the application but am having a number of
issues with data injection. I found a workaround online (http://
sparecycles.wordpress.com/2009/02/28/making-flexmonkey-and-mate-
property-injection-play-nice-together/) but this introduces it's own
set of problems.

When I try to launch the app w/o the MonkeyAgent I get a blank screen.
What steps can I take to debug the problem?

Thanks for your help

Hi Hillel:

I am about to start testing FlexMonkey with a Mate-based app.  I'll
let you know of my progress.

I'm not sure what you mean about the blank screen...in that case are
you loading your app into FlexMonkey's Target SWF Window?

If so, yeah, this won't work because the FlexMonkey Console itself is
a Mate-based app, and doesn't seem to play nice when loading other
Mate-based apps into its Target SWF Window.

I'll be looking into that case as well...

Cheers,
Eric

Awesome, thanks for your help.

I also posted this on the Mate forum and got a bit of info. Maybe
you'll find it useful.
