Subject: Building FlexMonkey from source with Flex 3.3.0
Hi all:

I have Flex Builder Pro, and I've tried to use Flex 3.3.0 to compile
FlexMonkey.  I installed the 3.3.0 SDK and I installed the the 3.3.0
Datavisualization stuff, but my frameworks/libs dir is missing certain
swcs:

automation_dmv.swc
automation.swc
automation_agent.swc

My memory is that these would be installed with the
datavisualization.swc, but I am probably forgetting some installation
step.

Anybody have this working?

Cheers,
Eric

hmm, I see here:

http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Using+Flex+3+Builds+...

that perhaps I should copy these swcs from my 3.2 sdk release /
frameworks/libs dir...but if I read Adobe's page correctly, that means
that 3.3 is not a "milestone" release, which doesn't seem right.  This
page is dated 2008-11-18.

and copying the files does allow all to compile.  Not sure this is
Adobe's intended path, though.
And so it goes :)

Hi Eric
Yes,when using the open source sdk of 3.3 release, the automation
swc's which is available with the last release of FB which corresponds
to 3.2 sdk should be used.
Regards
Shanaz
