You email me or this list just like this :) I'd recommend posting the
component to your blog (if you don't have a blog start one!) and then
sending this list a link to the component with the source code. Then say "Yo
doug, get your shit together and check out the component and get it in."
That's pretty much the protocol.

Coloring alternating rows in ScheduleView's background

Hey all,
I'm trying to change the backgroundlayout so that it alternates
colored lines, like the datagrid does. However I've run into a
problem. The BackgroundViewer class (which calls the renderers) is
too constrained. It doesn't allow for y placement relative to the
layout position (or a bunch of other things ... like the styleName)

How does one contribute?

Problem with PromptingTextInput as an itemEditor in a Datagrid

Hi,

just had a strange problem using the PromptingTextInput as an
itemEditor in a Datagrid. The value of the data bound was null, but
the specified prompt did not show.
After debugging i found out that altough the value was null (really!),
a single space character (' ') is passed as argument to the function

do you have a wireframe or example of what you need to do? The Scheduling
framework in flexlib has some Timeline functionality, but may not support
what you're trying to do..
