Issue with IE7

to Flexigrid for jQuery
On IE7 i had the problem to add data to the table.
The table doesn't show any data, even if the created
HTML contains all items.
After some investigation I found the div.bDiv holds
a tbody - tag without parent table. Changing the source
to create even the table - tag resolves the problem
and IE7 shows the data
