How to disable the onDrag cells event?

Bit of a cheat, but i didnt want any column re-ordering at all on my
page.

So i simply commented out the code in the dragStart function.

Seems to work ok :), not the most elegant solution i know, but
sometimes a jackhammer works just as good as a normal hammer.
