Does flex3 give access to internal video object/netstream of VideoDisplay ?

So I am  now creating Video object ,attaching  a NetStream to it, adding as a child to an UIComponent, and then 'addChilding' that UIComponnet to stage does my job.
              But if i do remote_display.addChild(my_video_object) it does not show up. How to display that video inside a panel/ or  VideoDisplay ?

Why flex dont provide a attachNetstream to VideoDisplay? Source is ok but changing uri dynamically is a bit problem.
