how to set width of the column depends on data

Hi,
     I trust You are all well.
     I want to set width of the DataGridColumn  depends on the length of data in cell.
  i enclosed snapshot for this.

Hi Noorul,

There is a property typicalitem, dataitem as shown below. You can use this.  Here the first column datafield is 'fname' and its width will be = width of string 'First Name' .

<s:typicalItem>

<s:DataItem  fname='First Name' lname='Second Name' />

</s:typicalItem>
