just wanted to make a quick note for all you guys who want to post
jobs on the list and want to reply to such posts on the group -

- recruiters / HR representatives - while posting, please do not
forget to include your personal or the co. email id , so that flex
india members can take the discussion offline/ off the list and not on
the group.

- All the members of flex-india group - please send replies to job
posting on the recruiter's/employer's personal email ids and not on
the group, this way we would stay focused on technical discussions,
and would avoid getting into discussion related to job postings.
