Is it possible to use data labels with line chart?

Is it possible to use data labels with line chart?

I want to create a line chart which shows all the labels, regardless of the mouse pointer. showAllDataTips=true works but the result is terrible.

 

Can anyone suggest a better idea to achieve this.

         It actually a label inside a rectangle and a connector line.  I really don't need that connector line to be shown..
