I just noticed, pages can be modified any member, if we allow. That
means, even spammers can register and modify pages (need to test)?

So let's follow some process here.

Let's discuss best-practice in email thread, with some consistent
subject line. Moderators can pick up the best-practices, whatever is
discussed or told, and to the page. If we can figure out a way where our
regular members (i.e. not spammers) can only edit pages, it would be
opened for editing.

Thanks to Preetham Hegde for the idea of having best-practices page and
one best practice per day, if we can discuss and finalize one.

Taking back my previous message, just read some email-threads on safety,
perhaps let's stick to original idea i.e. managers adding/updating pages
as requested.

Its good idea to discuss in email thread and then manager can link that to pages.
Our aim is have single repository for best practice. I dont think there will be
difficulty in using links in pages.
