How to Load *.doc or any type of files in flex at run time

run time using jsp.

If ur talking about file upload and download ,use the FileReference
class , you can upload and download files from/to server
it has some usable methods..

File List are available in the left side of the window in Tree.
when i click tree to display the corresponding file on the right side
of the window.

You mean, you want to show in flex app. You can show only compatible formats (swf, png, jpeg, gif or audio/video formats - check doc). In this case, you can convert the *.doc to swf or any other compatible formats and show it...

You can find many open-source libraries that does conversion for you..
