to FLEx list
We are using FLEx on 5 different computers and have at least 5
different databases working on different related languages or
projects. We are wanting to translate the Semantic Domain Questions
into the LWC on one of the databases and be able to import this
updated list onto the other databases/computers. This translation of
the questions could be also shared across the country with others
using this tool.

How do we do this? I have searched the previous discussions but do
not see anything like what I am wanting to do.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,
I'm the author of the Semantic Domain Questions. We can discuss the best
strategy for translating the materials off-line. The materials have been
translated into a dozen LWCs around the world. So we have some experience
doing this. Let me know off-line what LWC you are using and we can go from
there.
Thanks,
Ron Moe

There are some ways using an SQL query (and a separate stand-alone
tool) to get a translated list into an existing project. I can get
you directions for that.

I have a way to take a Toolbox database of a translated SemDom list
and incorporate it into the template that is used to create a new
project. If that's what you want, you could send me the translated
Toolbox database, and I would send you back the file to drop into the
computers that want that available for new projects.

Check with Mark Penny to be sure it hasn't already been translated
into the LWC you are interested in.
