Hi! I downloaded the FLEx program from the SIL's website. I was able
to install the program and is very eager to get started. My problem is
that I can't find the keyman keyboard in my language explorer and I
don't know how to install the KEYMAN keyboards. I believe I have
installed every component of the program. Will someone please help me
out on this? Thank you.

Tavultesoft Keyman is a produced by myself and my team that integrates
with FLEx. You can download Keyman + IPA keyboards from
http://keymankeyboards.com/ipa -- there are several IPA keyboards in
that list; you probably want SIL IPA Unicode. I am not sure what the
Phil Unicode keyboard is? Can you explain a bit further?

Hi Marc!

Thank you for the reply and for the link. The Phil Unicode is intended
for Philippine languages. I'm working on two of the Philippine
languages side by side with English. I'm trying to come up with a
multilingual dictionary. It is my first time to attempt documenting
languages and so is using the FLEx program that's why as of now I'm
still using ordinary word processing program to help me store my data
just in case that I do something wrong with my FLEx project.

Regards!

Hi Tots,

Thanks for the update. Did you manage to get Keyman installed with your two keyboards? If you have any specific issues, please feel free to write off-list to myself (marc....@tavultesoft.com) or our support team (sup...@tavultesoft.com).

We are also always keen to continue building our library of Keyman keyboards and would be interested in promoting your Philippine languages keyboard on our site - let me know off-list if you'd like to do that.

Kind Regards,
