For the purposes of my language, when I enter a new word in the lexicon, I would like both the lexeme and the citation form of the word to be automatically flagged as having correct spelling. For isolating languages, I expect this would be the norm.

At the present time, it appears that the only way for me to mark a new lexeme as having correct spelling is to go to the Word Analyses tab.  But this database, being larger, takes a considerable amount of time to load. (For the citation form, I've learned that I can right click on the form in the lexicon and add to the dictionary, and this approves its spelling.)

Likewise, if I parse a word in the text, and approve it by clicking on the green check mark, it's because I believe that that word is spelled correctly. And so I would like the spelling status to change for such a word.

It turns out that most of the words in my wordform inventory have an undecided spelling status. Is there a way for me to change the spelling status of all wordforms which have been assigned a user approved analysis?

I guess I take the approach of innocent until proven guilty.   :)

Yes! Use Bulk Edit Wordforms. Add the Spelling Status column, and
filter it for Undecided. (This is all set up for you if you use Tools>
Spelling> Edit Spelling Status.)
Add the User Analyses column, and filter it for Greater than 0.
Use the List choice tab...
