disable scrollbars

Is there a way to disable the veritcal and horitzontal scroolbars and
have a fixed width and height of the iframe?

I guess we could modify this function:

with parameters to show/hide the horizontal/vertical scrollbars this way
style="overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: scroll;"
