We are seeking a SR RF Designer -pHEMPT Switch Design - Modules, for our Orlando, FL based client

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design RF (pHEMPT) Switches for modules.
- Device characterization, model extraction

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or better in EE
- 6-10+ years of industry experience
- 2 to 3+ years of RF Switch design experience
- Must haves:
Experience doing Device characterization (with advance measurement) and model extraction/implementation; Pulse IV;Load-pull,noise;Hands on knowledge of linearity measurement; Experience using ADS/MW Office, 2D device simulators: Momentum/Sonnet and EM simulators: HFSS, Momentum

DESIRABLE:
- Experience designing PHEMTs switches
- Thermal Modeling experience
- Experience developing EM and measurement based (fitting) passive models
- previous experience mentoring others
