A newspaper photograph asked the question "America's Dumbest Criminal? John W. Lebron."
3406 W Louisiana is referenced on page 15 of the 24-page criminal complaint in the federal criminal file regarding John Lebron -
August 14, 2006 (on probation) Lebron takes out a $164,800 mortgage from Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., (now GMAC) fo the purchase of 3406 Louisiana Avenue, Tampa, FL 33614.
March 14, 2008 (on probation) In an effort to shield the property from being seized through foreclosure, Lebron puts the Louisiana property in a land trust and appointed Paul Gogolewski as trustee.
