Like a lot of other South Florida race fans, I got a big colorful
envelope in the mail from Marlboro and Team Penske. Inside there was a
voucher for two free tickets to the Rolex Grand Prix of Miami and the
Firestone Indy 300 to be held at the Homestead-Miami Speedway.

We didn't get there early enough to be in the first 1,500 to redeem
our voucher, so we didn't get free paddock passes. So we bought them
anyway for $25 per person, and they were definitely worth the price to
get close to the race cars.

I'm hoping they'll keep sending free tickets in the future to other
races. From looking on the price chart at the ticket windows, our
tickets were worth about $30 each.
