Strapping down the roofs of homes in hurricane areas 
  If you can strap down trailers for hurricane protection purposes in states like Florida, what is to prevent insurance companies from requiring that the roofs of existing homes be strapped down using something like trailer strapping to keep roofs from being blown off in a hurricane?
