I have fixed length string similiar to
"ADDRESS......CCYYMMDDCCYYMMDD CCYYMMDD...." where a group of
characters will be repeating a fixed number of times. In the above
example the date "CCYYMMDD" is repeating 3 times. How do I get the
date values as a collection or an array using Fixedformat4j?

 I'm dealing with mainframe records like this:

ATable
[column]	[size]
val1	5
val1uom	6
val2	4
val2uom	4
val3	4
val3uom	6
...

Where "uom" = units of measurement

I had hoped to be able to tidy these pairs into "Measurement" class
instances within my larger, ATable class.

@Records within @Records

 I was trying to use a @Record within a @Record and I wasn't having any
luck. Is this possible in 1.2.1? Note the KeyOfficialRecord has a
FileHeader in it below. I know inheritance would work, but I have an
instance where composition would work a lot better.

@Record
public class FileHeader {
private String versionTag;

Handling Empty Dates

 What is the best way to handle empty date fields? For example I have a
file that has a date/time, the format is yyyy/MM/ddHH:mm, that
represents a cancelation. Most of the time this date/time is not
there. Even worse, when it's not there, it comes through as:

data_prior_to_cancelation_date _time / / :
