Sorry, it's not implemented yet.
AFAIR basic size-strain methods are easy to implement, but removing or
taking into account instrumental broadening is more difficult.
Probably I won't have time to work on it soon.

have you looked at GSAS+EXPGUI? That's a suite well-suited to that sort of characterization.
