I've got three WordPress sites on three different domains: kungfu-
silat, glutenfreegoodness, and harriswholehealth (HWH), all .com
running one copy of FireStats (itself on a fourth domain,
eharrishome). Of the three WP sites, two belong to my wife (she runs
them, I do the technical site management), one being her personal blog

Would be nice to use existing website logs to better tune Firestats
statistics, importing them or just parsing them and getting most
important data.

Fors instance, I've installed Firestats just today, after a month that
the blog was already public, but I cannot see previous statistics,
when would be technically possible importing this data.

give it some time, the problem may just disappear after a while.
(FireStats caches the response for two weeks, if I am not mistaken).

if it does not disappear, there may be a server configuration problem
(possibly php restrictions).

if you can't figure it out, you can just turn off the new version check

This seems to have started around the 1.6.2 release though I'm not
sure about that. Whenever I log into the Firestats page, I am greeted
with this:

Failed to check version at [link],
reason : could not resolve the host domain "files.firestats.cc"

 Hi Omry,

I'd had a look in your demo and FireStats looks brilliant but the
graph feature is needed and will
make FireStats more powerful.

However, could you provide information how FireStats keeps the data in
the database?

cheers
alex

you can use PHPMyAdmin to export the data to any format you would like,
but you will have to understand the way FireStats keeps the data to be
able to use it.

there are plans to add graphs, but don't hold your breath.
