installing fireshark on Ubuntu 11.04

so a few of you said you had issues installing Fireshark on Ubuntu
11.04, so I intalled it on VirtualBox today, here are my notes:
I came across a bunch of errors when installing perl 5.12 that I
hadn't come across in earlier installations of Ubuntu.

minor install bug fixes

Upon the release of v2.0 I commented out some code before upload and
in doing so broke the code. I have fixed the minor issue and uploaded
a 2.0.1 release.

Fireshark v.2.0.0 has been posted

I have presented at SOURCE Boston and momentarily will be presenting
at CARO, I have posted Fireshark v.2.0.0 to the downloads section of
fireshark.org, please try it out and provide feedback, as stated in
the notes, 2.0.0 has JavaScript events disabled, 2.0.1 will have those
events enabled.

Fireshark v1 made it's debut in 2009 and was presented and talked
about at various conference (PacSec, Blackhat, BruCon, etc), It had
quite a number of downloads and the feedback I received was very
valuable. Since then I've been working on the second version and have
released beta updated releases to conference attendees or trusted... more »
