I thought I would give you a quick status update on FirePHP 1.0.

The next version will be made up of several projects to provide full and
easy extensibility.

In the next two to three weeks I hope to have initial prototypes of the
underlying projects completed at which point we can start on FirePHP 1.0.

I am in the process of authoring a detailed blog post outlining many of
my design decisions. It should provide a great introduction to where I
am going and how you can get involved.

My goal is to make contributing to FirePHP and related projects much
easier. I look forward to your participation.

If you have any questions in the meantime, do not hesitate to ask.

Welcome to all the new members!

Christoph

I have created an overall status page that contains information on all
projects I am working on to realize FirePHP 1.0.

Much of the activity to get FirePHP 1.0 out of the door will happen in
these other projects as they provide an underlying framework to build
tools such as FirePHP.

If you want to stay informed about the overall progress (that may not
be posted to this list) and get involved in some of the underlying
projects you can monitor the status page (my "Workshop") for updates.
