Upgrading to FirePHP 1.0

I have put together a step-by-step guide for upgrading to FirePHP 1.0
which is now in BETA.

I encourage everyone to go through this process and send me feedback
about problems and things we can do to streamline it.

I will be making some revisions to remove the need to leave the
FirePHP site to upgrade shortly.

If you have any questions about FirePHP 1.0 the upgrade procedure or
where it fits into the future of FirePHP that is not explained in the
reference [1] please let me know.

Provided there are no major issues encountered I will be directing
more and more users to upgrade in the following weeks.
