I'm running firedrop2 on a Slackware Linux system which also runs
apache etc.  Thus I don't need to 'upload' anywhere to publish, I just
need to copy the files somewhere or make them visible to apache.

Is there any quick and simple way of doing this?

Hello Chris,

In 'build.ini' (which you can edit through the 'File -> Edit build.ini'
menu option) you can set an 'ouput_dir'. This tells Firedrop where to
put the HTML files that it generates.

Is this not what you want?
