I can only reproduce the FBTrace error :)
You need FirePHP and FBTrace installed.
This fixes it: https://github.com/firebug/firebug/compare/fbtrace-fix
Tested with: http://tomtomexpert.comxa.com/rw/
But this FBTrace error should happen with all extension registrations?
