Unfortunately the 1.4 release notes were not updated, but all of the
fixes went onto 1.5 first:

If you want to be sure, you may need to look at the bug report, pick
up the revision number of the fix and check that it is on the backport
list:

I can no longer edit CSS from the HTML tab. It doesn't affect the page
and when clicking out of the edit area, the entire ruleset that I just
edited either disappears completely or simply removes just the single
rule I was editing. Obviously, bad bad bad.
