Could I disable firebug by default and enable it without restart firefox ?

As we know, firebug slows down the web browser sometimes. I don't
think it's a good idea to enable it by default, so I chose "Suspend
Firebug" from the status bar. However, each time I restart firefox,
firebug is enabled again.

Could I disable firebug by default and enable it without restart
firefox ?

And you can control 'sometimes'...

...since 1.2 is disabled by default. But you can enable in lots of
ways so may be you enabled it by accident?

er...we'd say "resumed again". Suspend/Resume are different from
enable/disable.
