Setting a break point from within javascript

to Firebug

I am creating functions dynamically. I've seen how special comments
can give these functions a source file. But I am looking for a way to
either say "break when function xyz is called" or add a line inside
xyz to cause a break point.

I thought this would be in the FAQ but I've let to find it on the
firebug site.

You can use: "debugger;" keyword
Firebug will break on it.

eval("function(){ debugger; alert(0); }");

Is there a web page about this? I'm curious if there are more
keywords.

I don't know about any other JS keywords for debugging.

You can also use the debugger keyword to create a conditional
breakpoint:
for(var i=0; i<30; i++) {
if(i === 22)
debugger;

}

This keyword is pretty neat, what versions of firebug does it work on?

All, it's part of JavaScript as far as I know.

Most of the time breakpoints are easier, and Firebug supports
conditional breakpoints, right click on the red dot.

All versions ... it is a standard JavaScript keyword used for
debugging.
