hi
I have loved firebug since its first release and use it daily.
I have loved the feature where when we mouse-over the html code it
highlights the actual html component on the web-page. Its simply
brilliant and saves a lot of time when you are new to the codebase.

I was wondering if a 'reverse' of that feature could also be
implemented, i.e. when you mouse over the html component the html code
gets highlighted. I think it would useful (but just guessing). Wonder
what the community/developers think ?

This is exactly what the "Inspect" button will do ;)

Sid, the inspect button is the one next to the Firebug icon at the top
left of Firebug when it is active.

Click it and you can mouse over elements on the page ... click
somewhere to stop inspecting.
