Is there an html version of the paper - its impossible to read the pdf
on screen and I dont have a printer.

You can try with online pdf to html converters, such as
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/access_onlinetools.html

Or send the pdf to your gmail account then view it as html within gmail...

Still unreadable I'm afraid. The html converter tries to keep the same
formatting - thats the problem
Does no-one read papers on screen? PDF should die!

It's not because it's impossible to read for you that it's impossible
for everyone - I think almost nobody had problems reading it on screen,
at least didn't I.

If you explained just a bit how the pdf or the converted HTML is causing
you reading problems, perhaps we could suggest better solutions for you.
